Your Starter
The Starter is a one-time $99 purchase. It includes your Business Blueprint, starter website and 30 days of AI. Domain registration, advertising spend, fully custom design, legal advice and tax advice are not included.
Refunds
No refunds are available once the $99 Starter is paid. Please read what is included before purchasing. If something isn't working, contact us so we can help. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Launch Care Plan
The Launch Care Plan starts automatically on day 31 at $49/month unless cancelled. It keeps AI, hosting, maintenance, updates, revisions and supporting platforms together. Cancelling is always free — there is never a fee to cancel. To request cancellation, email launchaibusiness@gmail.com.
Failed payments and service ending
If a $49 payment fails, there is a 3-day AI grace period, then AI is paused. When service ends, the website goes offline and AI, hosting, maintenance and updates stop.
Website export
We can provide an export of your website files at no cost if you want to take your website with you. Moving to your own hosting means arranging and paying for hosting, platforms, revisions and updates yourself. Domain ownership remains with your own domain account.
Your content and AI drafts
You are responsible for providing accurate information and having permission to use any photos, logos or other materials you send. AI output is a draft: review names, prices and facts before using them. AI does not post or send messages for you and is not legal, tax or financial advice.
No guaranteed results
Business Launch AI does not guarantee customers, revenue, or legal compliance. Your results depend on your business, decisions and actions.
